About the event
As we move into fall, nature reminds us of the powerful and healing benefits of letting go of that which no longer serves us. This retreat is designed to help you let go, unwind and restore.
As you make your way along the island and settle into "Island time" you will feel your breath begin to settle and let the relaxation bring you to the present moment. Let us take care of the rest. This weekend getaway invites you to create space, remove tension, and restore balance. During the retreat we will be exploring Yin, Hatha and Restorative yoga; with 5 yoga classes designed to balance the body, mind and soul.
With your free time you are invited to curl up with a book, let your worries melt away in the hot tub, book a private Reiki treatment or just breath in the fresh country air. All snacks and meals prepared vegan, gluten and dairy free.
Wolfe Island Lodge is working hand in hand with Yoga Teacher, Bobbie Ackerman from "You are the Miracle. Please take a moment and visit her website at https://www.youarethemiracle.ca/
